Main arena set for Thursday’s play in Hamburg

The iconic Rothenbaum Stadium will be burst at the seams and will be ready to rock the crowds on Thursday!

Usually the sights and sounds of this amazing venue are reserved for clay court tennis – instead we’ve muscled in, taken over and carefully laid 2,000 tons of beautiful sand on the court to bring the place to life!

And tomorrow this grand arena will transform itself into Hamburg’s biggest party zone as the players walk out onto the golden sand amid noise and color for which the Swatch Major Series is famous for!

We can’t give the surprise away of what the venue looks like right now so our exclusive photograph, above, shows a glimpse of what to expect as the Pool Play reaches its dramatic conclusion.

So make sure you get yourselves down to Center Court, stick one of our special t-shirts on and get ready to sing and dance as the world’s best players battle it out for a place in the knock-out rounds!
